Cool wash with a wool-friendly detergent, dry flat, and skip a wash or two. Merino doesn’t need it.
All FAQsWhen will my order arrive?
We pack and dispatch in 1–2 business days, and you’ll get a tracking number by email. Standard post then takes 3–8 business days around Australia, or 1–3 with Express Post. New Zealand is usually 5–7 days, and the US, UK, Canada and EU 2–3 weeks.
How do I return or exchange something?
Send us a message within 30 days of your order and we’ll sort you out. Items need to be unused, in their original condition with tags attached. A $10 return or exchange fee covers posting your replacement, and you can choose an exchange, store credit or a refund.
My tee has little balls of fluff on the back. Is that normal?
Yes. That’s pilling, and it’s common with merino, especially under a backpack where the straps rub. Washing within 2–3 wears helps it settle, it won’t harm the fabric, and a fabric shaver tidies it up in seconds.
Why is there a little kink in my neckband?
We make the neckband from the same merino as the tee, so it stays soft and doesn’t dig in under a heavy pack. If the kink bugs you, a light, gentle iron sorts it out.
What if something goes wrong with my tee?
Tell us straight away. If your top unexpectedly carks it within about a month, we’ll make it right. We test everything hard, so it should be rare.
