Buy the wrong size? Change your mind? No worries at all.
Any dramas with your order, flick us an email and we'll sort it out. If you selected the wrong size or changed your mind we'll usually ask that you cover return shipping to us and that it arrives back in sellable condition. We'll then provide an exchange, credit, or refund—your choice.
Pre-Orders—By placing a pre-order (thank you so much, by the way) you'll be helping us fund our first production run. We did expect to have our hands on the first product in early to mid-September and then mid-October but Stage 4 restrictions and the extension in Melbourne have changed that. Our manufacturer is only able to make essentials like masks and PPE for our awesome health care professionals at the moment.
So, here's the plan of attack. Based on the current government information, they should be back, all hands on deck, making awesome merino wool t-shirts from late September 2020. They need around 4 weeks to complete the run, which takes us up to lateish-October. They'll possibly be able to stagger production so that we can fulfil some of the earliest orders sooner. (The great thing about manufacturing locally is I can hop in the car, at a moment's notice, and collect stock and ship it really quickly once it's ready.) If any of this changes, I'll let you know as soon as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched in lateish-October it should take 3-5 business days to arrive, depending on where you are in Australia or New Zealand. You'll receive tracking info once it's been dispatched.
