Orders ship from our warehouse on the Gold Coast

Australia & New Zealand

  • We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $10 AUD Australia and New Zealand-wide. Spend over $110 AUD, get FREE shipping.
  • Want your order a bit quicker? Upgrade to Express Post for $15 AUD.

Overseas

  • Bit further afield in USA, UK, Canada, or the EU? We charge a flat shipping rate of $20 AUD. 

How long does it take?

This is based on in-stock items. If you've ordered a backorder product the ETA will appear at cart. If you order an in-stock and out-of-stock item the in-stock will ship straight away and the backorder item when it comes back in stock.

Australia—For standard post expect your order in 3-8 business days after it's been dispatched. If you opted for Express Post allow 1-3 business days from dispatch. The further out in the sticks you are, the longer delivery may take. 

New ZealandIf you're in NZ, we generally ship with Australia Post. Expect your order in 5-7 days.

OverseasIf you're in USA, UK, Canada, or the EU we use Australia Post's international services. Allow 2-3 weeks. (I know, that's a while, but it'll be worth the wait.)

Your order will be fully trackable. It'll be dispatched in 3-5 business days and you'll be emailed a tracking number. (We ship orders Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.)

Returns

General Rules

  • Return unused items within 30 days of your original order date. Email us and we’ll sort you out.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging, with all tags/tickets attached and no signs of wear.

  • Follow the return instructions from our Customer Service team.

  • A $10 return/exchange fee applies (covers the cost of shipping your replacement).

  • We can offer an exchange, credit, or refund—your choice.

  • Refunds and exchanges are processed once your return is received and checked. Please allow 7–10 business days from delivery of your return.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if items arrive in a non-saleable condition.

Clearance Items

No change of mind refunds on clearance items. However, we'll happily offer a store credit. 

Merino Shirts & Bottoms

  • If you picked the wrong size or changed your mind, you’ll cover the return shipping to us, and the item must come back in sellable condition.

  • We’ve got a size chart to help you nail your fit first go.

  • If your tee or bottoms have any quality issues, tell us ASAP.

  • If your top unexpectedly “carks it” within about a month, we’ll make it right. We’ve rigorously tested our products, so this should be rare.

Merino Underwear

  • For hygiene reasons, no exchanges or change-of-mind returns if underwear has been worn, tried on, removed from packaging, or had tags removed.

  • If your undies are faulty or we’ve made an error, our standard returns policy applies (and we’ll meet at least the Australian Consumer Law requirements).

  • Bought a bundle? If you try on only one pair and the rest are unopened with tags, you can return or exchange the unopened ones.

Overseas Orders (USA, UK, Canada, EU)

Please choose carefully—if we need to send you a replacement, extra shipping costs will apply for the second delivery.

Need Your Replacement ASAP?

  • Place a new order for the item you want (and pay as normal).

  • We’ll ship it right away, just like a regular order.

  • When we get your original item back, we’ll refund your first order (minus applicable return fees).
