I have crossed to merino wool for my winter tops but this is my first Ottie. The fit is excellent, the fine weave warm, the feel stunning, and not bulky. I'm extremely happy with this.

As a keen hiker, I have tried a LOT of merino brands. Ottie is head and shoulders above the rest. A flattering fit, barely any pilling from the backpack hipbelt rubbing all day, none of the little holes that show up on other brands and the longer length is perfect. I have at least 7 Ottie tops in my rotation!

Very pleased with the fit (just right, not too close-fitting, not too voluminous, sufficiently loose for a light layer underneath if necessary). I also really like the longer length. Although I originally purchased it to replace a hiking top I have no doubt I’ll also wear it as a casual everyday top. I would definitely buy again.

Just ordered another batch of your clothing - this time focussed on long sleeved tops for winter. Love your range of colours (when on the 3 Capes walk, I was asked where the bright colours came from). The tops are not see through which is great - I have found other brands do this. I have just about changed my whole wardrobe from cotton/bamboo to merino - thanks to Ottie! I would love to buy underwear and bras from you too - hint hint!

I am a size 12 and bought the medium in the plum. Lovely colour and soft material. It is a great fit and not clingy around the body. The arms are firm especially in the forearms. I’m fine with that but some people may not like it. I would buy this top again.

They are a nice product and this is my second order.
I have bought one for myself and one for a friend on each occasion as she already had a couple of them. We are the same size but a different shape but I have found the long sleeve one very long in the bod and so much so I had wondered whether I would bother to have it shortened. I am yet to wear mine but the quality of it feels comfortable and ideal for travelling and trekking.

Love this shirt. Great weight, lovely colour and just feels and looks like a quality garment. To make it perfect I would make the sleeves a bit looser. It fits quite loosely over my torso, which is exactly what I was after, but the arms are quite fitted. Still love it though, and am looking foward to wearing it on the Overland Track in a weeks time!

Great except for tight sleeves
Great quality and material. I was just surprised that the sleeves were as tight as they were. Given the “relaxed fit” I didn’t expect it to be tight around my forearms in particular. The rest of the sizing was fine, just the sleeves were a problem but unfortunately it would make it unsuitable for warmer weather hiking to wear.
