These thermal bottoms are seconds quality. There may be a slight imperfection in the sewing but this will not impact on your ability to wear and enjoy the product. They are unbagged and unpressed, so may look a little disheveled on arrival. Strictly no change-of-mind or size returns on these.
We have a handful of 'factory seconds' that are completely wearable but they have a few imperfections that didn't pass our quality control. See the pics for an example of some of the defects.
What kind of imperfections? A few of them have a tiny bit of fabric that didn't pick up the dye, or some discolouration, and a couple of others have a bit of bung stitching. Nothing structurally wrong with them—we reckon it adds some 'unique character'—but not good enough to sell at full price.

Any dramas with your order, flick us an email and we'll sort it out. If you selected the wrong size or changed your mind we'll usually ask that you cover return shipping to us and that it arrives back in sellable condition. We'll then provide an exchange, credit, or refund—your choice.

Costs a bit more but worth it. Good quality and great to support locally made. Lovely soft smooth fabric. I was nervous about ordering without being able to try on but sizing chart seems to be pretty spot on. The fit is loose around the mid section and the extra length is great under pack hip straps. Whisky tee is such a gorgeous colour and a bit different. Quick and friendly customer service. Thrown in a standard quick cold wash cycle and they have kept shape without any shrinking or fading. My only suggestion would be to very slightly lower the neck of the ladies version so that you can't feel it on the front of the throat, but that is a very minor point. Overall super happy with my merino tees purchases - would buy again. Thank you!
